How to Change your Mind for Good:
The Enlightened Use of Affirmation

Affirmations can be read, spoken, or listened to–all for useful effect. This workshop will teach Affirmation Meditation, a 15-minute written practice that’s probably the most holistic way to use affirmation. The reason for this is simple: its three-step approach to each repetition includes the release of a negative thought that prevents the affirmation from manifesting. It also provides a new affirmation to transform that limited thought and shed light on the darkened part of the mind that could have held such a small belief in the first place.
The workshop will teach students how to master each of the practice’s vital three steps. Participants will also learn valuable affirmations for five areas of their lives: money, career, relationships, communication, and their inner spiritual journey.

At the same time, it reveals the elusive secrets of karma, dharma, meditation, and service.
With compassion, humor, anecdote and interactive processes, Cary Bayer, a meditation teacher since the ’70s and author of Transcendental Meditations and Meditations for Enlightenment, connects some of these sacred insights from the Gita to the contemporary challenges of finding your career path; performing successful action supported by the Universe; and finding your higher Self.

Children’s Story Time & Mediation

Come expose your children to books not read in schools and possibly at home; books that open their hearts and mind to better self-esteem and positive life choices. And what better way to end a story time then to meditate? Just like adults our children get stressed and they, like us, don’t take time to just be. Meditation can help our children de-stress, improve memory, improve focus, and improve relationships with family and friends. And the great thing about meditation is that it can be done anywhere and anytime. Have your child bring a yoga matt and let’s learn to just be!

Experience sound massage therapy! Daniel is a Yoga Teacher, Certified Educator with the Chopra Center for Well Being and a Sound Therapist working with the Quartz Singing Bowls. He is available at Meditating Mantis for individual sessions and group workshops.
What is a Sound Massage Treatment with the Crystal Singing Bowls? You receive a sound massage as crystal bowls are placed on your body and played. The deep resonance of the bowl sound relaxes tense muscles and has a calming effect on the mind. Bowls can be placed and played on seven different areas of the body to bring energy and vibration to where it is needed.

The Oneness Blessing is a transfer of Divine intelligent energy. The Oneness Blessing process works by creating a neurobiological shift in the brain and awakening the energy centers (Chakras) in the body. This shift in consciousness frees us from the suffering created by the mind, balances the body’s natural, healthy and healing energies and attunes the brain with the fields of unity, bringing an end to the illusion of apparent separation. Faery Light Healing
Have you experienced a lot of resistance in your life lately? Perhaps things have felt a little unstable or tumultuous? Or perhaps you just don't have the energy you used to have? There are many contributing factors to what you are feeling, but a lot of it may have to do with being out of harmony with nature and life on planet Earth.
The purpose of the faery light healing is to naturalize our energy frequency to that of the Earth, so that we may live a more harmonious, balanced life. The Earth is going through a lot of changes, some of which we are aware of and others are more subtle.
