I was introduced to Usui Reiki in 1996 while I was in India. I must confess I was a skeptic at first and went to learn this ancient art with an air of amusement, little knowing that I would be wedded to it for the years to come!
I got my Masters certificate in 2005 from my Reiki Master Bruce Velozo. I owe all my understanding of Reiki to this wonderful teacher and guide. I have since , held classes here in Atlanta and Oklahoma.
I love Reiki and enjoy teaching it as, the more I teach the more I learn. It is an understatement when I say Reiki is my passion. It has become my way of life.

Affirmations can be read, spoken, or listened to–all for useful effect. This workshop will teach Affirmation Meditation, a 15-minute written practice that’s probably the most holistic way to use affirmation. The reason for this is simple: its three-step approach to each repetition includes the release of a negative thought that prevents the affirmation from manifesting. It also provides a new affirmation to transform that limited thought and shed light on the darkened part of the mind that could have held such a small belief in the first place.
The workshop will teach students how to master each of the practice’s vital three steps. Participants will also learn valuable affirmations for five areas of their lives: money, career, relationships, communication, and their inner spiritual journey.
